Cancellation Policy
At Hayden Hair, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and the time of other guests, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking.
• Cancellations & Reschedules
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice will incur a 60% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
• No-Shows
Guests who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total.
• Late Policy
Guests arriving 20 minutes or more late may have their service shortened or adjusted. If there is not enough time to safely complete the service, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the same-day cancellation fee.
